Our teachers are tirelessly dedicated to our mission to close the achievement gap within our lifetime.  They are innovative, collaborative, and will do whatever it takes to see their students make 1.5 years growth in just one year’s time.  

We strive to hire and develop the most effective educators in the country.  We invest in ongoing professional development and each teacher works closely with a coach to determine individual areas of growth.  Coaches observe teachers each week and provide feedback to drive growth toward clearly defined goals.  If you want to be the best at what you do, we can get you there.

At Rocketship, we know that teachers are the single most important factor in student success.  As a result, we pay our teachers above-market salaries and are constantly looking for ways to make the teaching profession more sustainable.  Elevating the teaching profession is just one way we are looking to change the face of education in this country.
